Terms & Conditions
Cancellation If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of your stay, the full amount for Bed and Breakfast will be charged accordingly.
Group Bookings A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for each room. The remaining balance is to be settled on departure.
If the room is cancelled within 14 days of the intended arrival, then the 50% deposit is non-refundable If the rooms are cancelled within 7 days of the intended arrival then the 50% deposit is non-refundable and the remaining balance will be charged accordingly.
Breakfast A delicious Continental breakfast is included in your B&B booking.
Special requirements We can accommodate most dietary requirements. Please contact Reception at your earliest convenience so arrangements can be made with the kitchen. If you are hard of hearing, or require assistance in the event of an evacuation, please let Reception know at check in.
Dogs A surcharge of £10 per dog, per night applies. Guests are asked not to leave dogs unattended in bedrooms without first advising reception and leaving a contact number of where you can be reached. Owners must take full responsibility for their pet’s behaviour throughout the stay and will be charged for any damage caused by their pet during their stay.
Children Are very welcome, we have one family room. Additional £30 per night for children staying in family room, with maximum of 1 extra child/1 adult per night.
