Chef loves to create menus which major on seasonality, sustainability and provenance.

All dishes are prepared to order using the freshest local ingredients, sourced from friendly farmers, fishermen and local traders.

Bread is baked in our kitchen every day with spelt flour from Norfolk's only flour producing watermill right here in Letheringsett.

The menu changes regularly and is created around the best seasonal pickings on offer. We have a range of menus so you will always find something to tickle your fancy.
